INTRODUCING THE 2022
COMING SOON
The new Long Beach Blue NSX has arrived as the latest in the line of Heritage Paint Colors. This new hue is a modern take on the original NSX's rare Long Beach Blue exterior color and adds yet another striking paint scheme to this next-generation NSX lineup.
Acura's culture of continuous advancement through engineering has led to the development of the pinnacle NSX supercar. An array of world-first technologies are onboard this new Acura supercar, ranging from its construction and manufacturing process to its performance-hybrid powertrain.
The potent new supercar from Acura brilliantly balances sheer horsepower and torque with the ultimate in control, thanks to its performance-hybrid powertrain and advanced all-wheel drive (AWD) with super-handling characteristics. This powerful beauty delivers stunning propulsion and cornering capabilities matched with on-road poise and confidence that make it undeniably NSX.
Part machine, part experience, the new NSX from Acura blends the mechanical with the surreal. Power and beauty collide in an exotic high-performance sports car that ensures driver engagement and on-road harmony between human and machine. The NSX is the supercar that's designed and engineered to overdeliver and exceed every motorist's expectations.
Interwoven dynamics is a signature characteristic of the NSX. Every aspect of the car focuses on and delivers a balance of power and control to ensure a next-level driving experience. This future-forward performance machine is equally at home on open roads and the track and is meticulously engineered to generate power with control. There's no other name for this level of performance engineering than NSX.
The body is sculpted for performance – every line serves a purpose, including 10 functional intakes that provide air cooling as well as aerodynamic performance.
Engineered seating and steering are complemented by minimalist materials, creating a cockpit that balances secure, ergonomic support and freedom of movement.
Exclusive NSX Interwoven wheels and optional carbon ceramic brakes deliver high performance with remarkably low unsprung mass.
Carbon fiber is brutally strong and beautifully lightweight – augmenting performance, styled for the street.
The advanced performance-hybrid powertrain might be the heart of this beast, but its mind is the innovative integrated dynamics system. Four modes -- Quiet, Sport, Sport+ and Track -- each deliver a distinct motoring experience, from lying low to screaming around a racetrack.
The NSX is nearly silent in its all-electric Quiet mode. This setting is ideal for neighborhood driving.
Sport is the default mode of the new NSX and is ideal for city driving, where quick, agile and athletic performance is a must. In Sport mode, the sound remains low, the gauges light up in a subtle grey, and the 500-hp engine comes to life.
Exhilarating supercar performance is yours in Sport+ mode. With aggressive throttle mapping and faster shifts, explosive acceleration is always there for you. Full-throated engine sounds are complemented by gauges that glow red.
Track mode is optimized for circuits, where aggressive vehicle settings allow the NSX to no hold back a bit. With Launch Mode Control enabled, you'll experience maximum acceleration from a standstill. A bright red glow to the gauges and unrestrained engine intake sounds alert you that you've set your NSX in Track mode.
The NSX and its striking exterior design present form and function taken to the next level. From its graceful lines and aggressive sculpting to its aerodynamic profile, this Acura supercar epitomizes the next generation of uncompromising, high-performance road machines.
The NSX supercar tames the wind with its advanced aerodynamics. Highly efficient cooling is made possible by reintroducing air that serves thermal purposes upstream. Front and rear power unit components, brakes and other systems are cooled via this total airflow management.
Alcantara® is laid at the center of the NSX supercar's performance seats to provide exceptional grip while cornering. Also holding you in place while carving the road are aggressively-shaped bolsters that help reduce lateral movement. Padded areas support knees and elbows and provide additional stability and comfort while driving this supercar.
Acura engineers painstakingly developed the NSX supercar's steering wheel to ensure the driver can take on any road with complete confidence. Precise turns at any speed are made possible by the race-inspired steering wheel, featuring finger holds and a refined shape that provides greater leg clearance and an unobstructed view of gauges and the road.
Go from the virtually silent Quiet mode to a full-throated supercar sound in moments, thanks to the distinct and dynamic drive modes. You can find the ideal sound for every driving situation, whether that's blasting the race circuit or cruising through the neighborhood.
Acura's new NSX is motivated by a bespoke Sport Hybrid Super Handling All-Wheel Drive, 573-hp power unit that is the first of its kind -- and an absolute game-changer!
The heart of the NSX is a mid-mounted, twin-turbocharged, 3.5-liter V6 engine with dry-sump lubrication. This high-performance powertrain is the product of Acura engineering perfected on the track.
With twin-turbo V6 performance and direct electric torque combining to power all four wheels, the NSX delivers a new kind of dynamic performance, from acceleration to steering and braking. Exhilaration with precision-crafted performance is yours when you secure a 2022 Acura NSX.
If you’re looking for a little more power, the available 3.5-liter i-VTEC V-6 – paired with the smooth-shifting 9-speed automatic – delivers 267 lb-ft of tarmac-punishing torque to your TLX driving experience.
Conquer the curves and the weather with available torque-vectoring Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™ (SH-AWD®). Power gets distributed to the wheels that need it for seamless power transitions and supreme control.
